A single-layer rendering mortar, based on natural lime and a hydraulic binder, designed for the decoration, renovation and waterproofing of façades. Suitable for both new builds and the restoration of old buildings.
It can be applied to standard masonry substrates (e.g. concrete, ceramic brick) without the need for prior plastering.
It is a mortar that is impervious to rainwater but highly permeable to water vapour and condensation produced inside the building.
It can be applied either manually or using spray machines. Thanks to its balanced grain size and the use of high-quality plasticisers, it extends the service life of the spray machinery and all its associated components (liners, beaters, etc.).
Its use allows the appearance of the façade to be changed in a very short time, whilst also offering a wide range of aesthetic possibilities (scraped, trowelled, smooth, roughened, drop-finish and textured).
